We value your time and ours. The following policies help us ensure fairness, reliability, and availability for all clients.
A 50% deposit is required once we confirm availability and reserve your sitting dates.
Cancel more than 21 days before your sitting β Full Credit on our time to pet system
Cancel less than 14 days before your sitting β Deposit is non-recreditable (to compensate our team for reserved time)
If you currently have a confirmed sitting scheduled, we will contact you directly with your deposit amount.
(Excludes recurring weekly dog walks β see below.)
Cancel 3 weeks prior to services β Full credit issued
Cancel between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior β 50% credit issued
Cancel with less than 1 week notice β Charged at full service rate(to compensate our team for reserved time)
Credits may be applied toward future services.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to regularly scheduled dog walks.
New client meet & greet β $15
Additional meet & greets (if requested) β $25 each
(This ensures our team members are properly compensated for their time.)
We recommend booking services at least one week in advance.
Booking within 24 hours β $10 on-demand fee
Weekend visits or visits outside of office hours (9:00 AM β 5:00 PM) β $8 additional per visit
Recognized Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, (Each has a $15 per visit)
In the event that you book services that will be completed on a holiday recognized by Pawsitively Paws, you will incur a $15 holiday fee. The holidays dates listed below are charged time and a half. Holiday dates with time and a half (November 23-November 30th and December 21-January 3th)
Holiday bookings are non-refundable within 2 months
If a holiday is booked less than 2 months in advance an additional $5 per visit will be added.
Holiday periods are one of the busiest times of year for pet care, and our team schedules well in advance to ensure consistent coverage for every household. To provide reliable service and protect staff scheduling, holiday bookings are confirmed based on when they are reserved.
β’ Holiday reservations made at least 60 days in advance are billed at standard holiday rates.
β’ Reservations made within 60 days may be subject to higher holiday pricing due to limited availability.
β’ Holiday services are non-refundable within 60 days of the service start date.
We encourage early booking whenever possible to guarantee availability and avoid higher rates.
