Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. The following policies help us ensure fairness, reliability, and availability for all clients.

🐾 Pet Sitting Deposits

A 50% deposit is required once we confirm availability and reserve your sitting dates.

• Cancel more than 21 days before your sitting → Full deposit refund

• Cancel less than 14 days before your sitting → Deposit is non-refundable (to compensate our team for reserved time)

If you currently have a confirmed sitting scheduled, we will contact you directly with your deposit amount.

📅 All Pet Care Services

(Excludes recurring weekly dog walks — see below.)

• Cancel 3 weeks prior to services → Full credit issued

• Cancel between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior → 50% credit issued

• Cancel with less than 1 week notice → Charged at full service rate(to compensate our team for reserved time)

Credits may be applied toward future services.

🐶 Recurring Weekly Dog Walks

We require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes to regularly scheduled dog walks.

🤝 Meet & Greet Fees

• New client meet & greet → $15

• Additional meet & greets (if requested) → $25 each
  (This ensures our team members are properly compensated for their time.)

⏰ Booking Timeframes & After-Hours Fees

We recommend booking services at least one week in advance.

• Booking within 24 hours → $10 on-demand fee

• Weekend visits or visits outside of office hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) → $8 additional per visit

🎉 Holiday Services

Services scheduled on a holiday recognized by Pawsitively Paws will include a $15 holiday fee.
