Booking timing guidelines:
We recommend booking dog walks and cat visits at least two weeks in advance. For overnight pet sitting, reserving your dates as early as possible helps ensure availability. Last-minute requests may be limited based on availability.

Meet and greets are encouraged for most new clients and are especially helpful for making sure everyone — pets and people — feels comfortable from the start.
For friendly, easygoing pets, a meet and greet may not always be required. However, dogs with a history of anxiety around new people will require a meet and greet to ensure a safe and positive experience.
Our standard new client meet and greet is $15. If additional meet and greets are needed, they are $25 each to ensure our team members are fairly compensated for their time.
We do our best to provide consistency whenever possible. Because we operate as a team, we can also ensure coverage if someone is unavailable. This means your pet is never left without care.
You’ll receive a detailed update after the completion of each visit, including notes, photos, and any important care details. This gives you peace of mind and keeps you connected while you’re away.
We’re happy to accommodate many special care needs, including mobility support and some medications. For more advanced medical care, we’ll review your pet’s needs to ensure we can safely provide the level of care required.
We work with many shy or reactive pets using positive reinforcement methods. For safety, we do not accept pets with a history of aggression toward humans.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your scheduled services. If the balance hasn’t been received by that time, the card on file will be charged accordingly. This ensures your dates are secured and allows us to assign the right team member to your pets.
We understand plans change, and we do our best to stay flexible while also protecting our team’s schedules.
- Cancellations with 30+ days’ notice are applied as account credit for future use
- Pet sitting services are non-refundable within 2 weeks
- Dog walking services are non-refundable within 1 week
For package clients, cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will be credited back to your account for future use.
If there is a government-issued travel ban, mandatory evacuation order, or a declared state of emergency (such as war or natural disaster) that directly impacts your travel plans, any affected visits will be converted into account credit valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
We primarily operate on a credit-based system rather than issuing refunds.
This allows us to keep scheduling predictable while ensuring you don’t lose the value of your services.
In certain situations, such as a pet passing or a client discontinuing services, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Holidays are one of our busiest times, and our team schedules well in advance to ensure consistent care.
- Bookings made at least 60 days in advance receive standard holiday pricing
- Bookings made closer to the holiday may have limited availability and higher rates
- Holiday services are non-refundable within 60 days
