Policies

For sittings, a 50% deposit will be required when we confirm our availability for your sitting and book your dates. If you cancel more than a week in advance of the sitting, the deposit will be refunded. If the sitting is canceled less than a week in advance, the deposit is non-refundable to compensate for our team members' time. If you currently have a sitting scheduled and confirmed, we will contact you with your 

deposit amount.


ALL PET CARE SERVICES (Except Recurring weekly dog walks-We require 24 hour notice for regular dog walks): You'll get a full refund if you cancel 3 weeks prior to services. Under 3 weeks to 2 weeks notices 50% refund/charge.In the event that services are canceled less than 1 weeks notice services will be charged at full rates.


We charge $15 for a new client meet and greet. If you require more than one meet and greet each additional meet and greet will cost $25.00 in order to adequately compensate employees.


Pawsitively Paws prefers that services are booked a week in advance. In the event that you book within 24 hours, you will incur a $10 on-demand fee. Weekends and visits outside of our normal office hours 9-5 pm will have an additiona $5 charge per visit.


In the event that you book services that will be completed on a holiday recognized by Pawsitively Paws, you will incur a $15 holiday fee.
